This image has been "rescued " from a colour copy. The copy had been kept in a vinyl portfolio sleeve, and some of the plasticisers in the vinyl had interacted over time with the ink on the copy, causing ugly, un-retouchable blotches. Shame.... The layout was drawn by Christian Schellewald, who always included great tonal studies with his layouts. His stuff is always a joy to paint. |
