Step Six: Ornamenting

Switch to the top Layer, and copy the yellow body object. Change it from Filled to Outline, with Outline Width = 7, and Style = Solid. Colour = Black.

It should look like this.

Now select the Open Bezier Spline button, and make sure that the Ouline button is highlighted, as below.
In the Props tab, set the Outline Width to 12, and the Style to Airbrush.

Place three points to describe the curve, keeping the Control Points an equal distance from the edge of the letter.

Draw out the Control Handles of the mid-point.

Now draw the second inline shadow. Start at the top right, tweak the mid-point of the curve, and render.

The finished product.

Speed on to the letter "H" in the last part of this tutorial.
